HOW WWT \u2013 WATER WORKS TECHNOLOGY CAME ABOUT<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

WATER AND THE QUESTION IT INEVITABLY BEGS<\/strong><\/p>\n

This system initially met with distrust, the peremptory question arising time and time again being: “With water? But doesn’t it cause rusting?”<\/p>\n

The reply is as obvious as it is simple: water particles sprayed in these high-pressure jets enter the metal’s microscopic pores, removing any residue and leaving the sheet metal free of impurities (oxygen alone does not result in oxidation), so provided the metal is then worked on and kept carefully in a clean place, months can go by without any deterioration.<\/p>\n

GROWTH<\/strong>
\nWorking closely with our customers has been the most valuable thing of all, from the opinions and advice of top restorers, to localized and partial work rated highly by racing teams, and private individuals restoring grandpa’s old motor: whether it’s a one-off masterpiece or an old runabout, we feel the same sense of responsibility, treating every car as though it were our own.<\/p>\n

NEW FACILITY<\/strong>
\nWith the need for a more appropriate site to better cater to our operational and logistical needs, we’ve moved out of our initial temporary premises and into a new facility.
\nLastly, we’ve had the trademark registered with the Italian patent and trademark office (UIBM).<\/p>\n

ENVIRONMENT<\/strong>
\nWe take our environmental responsibilities very seriously in compliance with Italian emissions legislation (DPR 203\/88): hydroblasting is notable for producing negligible atmospheric pollution; solid residues are stored and disposed of in accordance with current regulations, while water is first separated and treated before being recycled for subsequent cycles.<\/p>\n
