We can paint strip, restore and de-rust bodywork, taking it back to bare metal. We can handle various types of metals, such as: sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium, light alloys, composites… and the list goes on. We use just pure water blasted at an adjustable pressure as high as 3100 bar, without leaving any residue or affecting body lines and curves in any way, unlike treatments such as sandblasting, bead blasting, silicon, nitrogen, paint strippers, bake-off ovens or acid baths. In addition, parts treated with our method are made good with the removal of impurities, and hence are not subject to flash rusting.

Hydroblasting is invaluable in certain industrial treatments where other techniques would be damaging, such as: cleaning moulds clogged with processing material, restoring them to pristine condition without any damage or residue; cleaning galvanized racks coated with material of any kind and thickness, restoring them to their original condition without damaging the zinc coating at all; cleaning complex, assembled, seized and jammed mechanical parts that can be disassembled easily for maintenance; cleaning jammed stainless steel parts and mechanisms, uniballs and bearings, which can be put back to work once they’ve been stripped of rust.
